Bio
After an impressive junior career with the Colac Stampede, Heath ‘Bakes’ Mahoney hung the hockey skates up in preference for tap dancing shoes and leg warmers, and followed his dream to the bright lights of Hollywood, where he found all the fame and fortune he could handle. His acting skills saw him nominated for coveted awards such as MTV’s ‘Best Villain’ award for his role in ‘Hollowman’ (2001), and the Teen Choice Award for ‘Movie Sleazebag’ for his role in ‘Beauty Shop’ (2005).

Having conquered Hollywood, Bakes returned to Australia and signed a twelve season deal with the team. The most recent addition to the Rudderz line up, Bakes has been a standout player during the ’10/11 C grade campaign, and will no doubt be forcing the selectors to consider him for a call up into the top grade team at some stage in the not too distant future. It’s either that or he signs on to make ‘Tremors 6′.
