Bio
‘Mirrors’ played his junior hockey with the Winnipeg Goats before signing with the Manitoba Mongols of the Mid Prairie Canadian Midget Central Hockey Association League. A natural scorer, Mirrors has all the attributes that an elite hockey player should have. He also has the ability to rudder both hands, and when he returned to Australia from his native Canada the highly sort after forward signed a fifteen year, multi-rudder deal with the team.
Mirrors scored a hat trick in his first game with the club and has been on song ever since. 12 goals, 7 assists in 8 games played during the Winter ’11 season was backed up with an 18 goal, 13 assist season in Summer ’11.
Away from the rink Mirrors volunteers his time at the ‘Pete Turbach School For Kids Who Don’t Know How To Play Hockey Or Read Good’ foundation, and recently established the ‘Mat Manning School For Hockey Players Who Like To Drink Beer at The Vic Bar’.
