Bio:
The wily and ever talented veteran of the team, Pete ‘Turbo’ Turbach started his playing career with the Brantford Blast in his native home of Ontario, Canada. After Australia was discovered, Turbo set sail for the new land, and after playing for numerous clubs throughout the years, Turbo was released on waivers by the Fudpuckers in 2008. Soon after, Turbo signed a thirty seven season contract with the Rudderz, and began his tenure with the club amassing 15 points in 10 games during the ’08/09 summer season.
With deft stick handling skills, and his ability to skate a lot slower than what the human eye can register, Turbo has proven himself to be a handy contributor to the club, winning the Highest Points Scorer award twice (2009: B grade Orange team, 2010: C grade).
Away from the game, Turbo has accrued a small fortune as a spokesperson for Molson Canadian Lager, and oversees the running of the ‘Pete Turbach School For Kids Who Don’t Know How To Play Hockey Or Read Good’ foundation.
